- Vet consults are with independently licensed vets. We are the technology platform.
- You own your content, and you can delete your account at any time.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using House of Dexter you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
House of Dexter provides digital pet records, reminders, AI-assisted guidance, QR-based partner-store authentication and (where available) video teleconsultation with licensed veterinarians.
3. Not veterinary advice
Dexter AI and any non-vet content in the app are general information only. They are not veterinary advice, diagnosis or prescription. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions. In an emergency contact your nearest emergency vet immediately.
4. Teleconsultation
Vet teleconsults are provided by independently licensed veterinarians. House of Dexter is a technology platform and is not the medical provider. Vets are responsible for their own clinical decisions.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to operate the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload it.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing or harmful use. No reverse engineering except as permitted by law. No use to harm animals.
7. Subscriptions and fees
Some features may require payment. Fees, refunds and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Dexter is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any clinical outcome.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai.
