Delete your account
You’re in control of your data. Here is how to delete your account.
Delete your account in the app
The quickest way. It takes about a minute.
- Open the Dexter app and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Choose “Delete account” and confirm
Can’t use the app?
Email support@houseofdexter.com with the subject Data Request, from the email address registered to your account, and say you want your account deleted.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes your account and associated pet data from active systems, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
Want to remove only some data?
You can delete pets, records and reminders at any time from the app, without deleting your account.
