Service providers

The companies that process data for us, what they do and where.

These are the companies that process personal data for House of Dexter to run the Dexter app, HoD Business and our websites. Each one works under a contract that limits what it can do with the data. We'll update this page and, for HoD Business customers, email account owners at least 30 days before adding a new one that processes customer data.

Core infrastructure

  • Hostinger International Ltd. Servers and database hosting. Where: India (Mumbai). Used for: all Dexter and HoD Business data.
  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon Bedrock). AI processing for Dexter AI and Smart Import. Where: India or the United States. Used for: questions, pet context and documents sent to AI features. AWS doesn't use this data to train models.
  • Resend, Inc. Email delivery (sign-in codes, account and reminder emails, password resets). Where: United States. Used for: email address and email content.

Sign-in, maps and places

  • Google LLC. Google Sign-In, Google Maps and Places search for nearby services. Where: United States and other countries where Google operates. Used for: sign-in details if you choose Google, and search terms and location for nearby searches.
  • Apple Inc. Sign in with Apple and app distribution. Where: United States. Used for: sign-in details if you choose Apple.

Websites

  • Google LLC (Google Analytics). Website analytics on houseofdexter.com. Where: United States and other countries. Used for: pages viewed and how visitors arrived. See our Cookie policy.
  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon Bedrock). Maya, the optional chat assistant on houseofdexter.com. Where: United States. Used for: the messages visitors send to it, only when they send one. Not stored after the answer and not used to train models.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (RealtimeKit). Video calls, where available. Where: global network. Used for: audio and video during a call.
  • Razorpay Software Private Limited. Online payments, where available. Where: India. Used for: payment details for purchases.
  • MSG91 (Walkover Web Solutions Private Limited). SMS and WhatsApp messages, where available. Where: India. Used for: phone number and message content.

App stores

Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) distribute the Dexter app and handle in-app payments under their own terms and privacy policies.
