Delete your account.
You can delete your Dexter AI account and its data at any time. Here's how.
In the app
- Open Dexter AI and go to Profile, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Re-enter your password, or sign in with Google again, and confirm.
You're signed out and your account is blocked straight away. Changed your mind? Email us within 7 days to get it back. After that, it's permanently deleted and can't be undone.
Can't sign in?
Request deletion by email instead. We'll send a confirmation link that works for 24 hours, and nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm.

What gets deleted
Your account, pets, records and uploaded documents, reminders, AI assistant chats, Passport settings and sharing, and your community posts and replies. Records of past Passport scans are kept only in anonymised form. Copies in our server backups are replaced within 14 days of permanent deletion, and some data may be kept where the law requires it.
Only some data? You can delete pets, records and reminders in the app without deleting your account.
